Red Queen Movie respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications regarding material removed from our website or services.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and take appropriate action against the alleged infringer, which may include termination of access to our services.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Red Queen Movie website or services, you may notify our Designated Copyright Agent by submitting a written DMCA Notice of Infringement. Your notice must include substantially the following information:

  5. A statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (or the electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Red Queen Movie may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature.

Red Queen Movie may reinstate the removed material in 10-14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system.
